Designed to be easily transportable, it offers the freedom of an itinerant lifestyle with the comfort of a real home. Its smart layout maximizes every square inch to deliver a unique experience: minimalist, yet fully comfortable.

20 hectares of private land for you. Only 3 tent pitches are also available on-site and may be rented at the same time as your stay. Each pitch is located around the pond, ensuring peace and privacy.

📍 Location 1: The Pond (Soisy-Bouy 77650) – A fully natural setting by the water, offering a wild and eco-responsible camping experience. This is where this unique Tiny House is located.

📍 Location 2: Bannost-Village – A more comfortable site to discover if you are looking for a different experience.

Designed for a comfortable nature stay

Our 6m x 2.5m Tiny House, self-built with passion using wood and eco-friendly materials, is ideal for a romantic weekend or a longer family escape.

Inside: everything you need for minimalist comfort

✔️ Water supply: collected and treated on site.

✔️ Solar electricity: 360W solar panels (12V and 230V via inverter).

✔️ Kitchen area: gas stove, dishes provided. Note: there is no fridge, but a 15L cooler box is available. Please plan your groceries accordingly and bring ice packs.

✔️ Bathroom: shower and dry toilets.

✔️ Heating: small auxiliary heater in winter.

✔️ Comfortable sleeping arrangements:

• 1 double bed in the mezzanine
• 1 sofa bed on the ground floor (single bed)

🛌 Bed linen & towels option (extra): Sheets and towels are not included. You may bring your own or book the extra service.

Outside: enjoy the fresh air!

Booking and access

🗓️ Booking: minimum 1 day before arrival. The Pond accommodations are closed in winter and reopen in spring.

🚆 Easy access from Paris: Longueville station is 1 km away (50 min from Gare de l’Est), then 15 min walk. Free parking on site.

🧼 No chemical products allowed (eco-friendly soap provided if needed).

🐕 Dogs are not allowed to preserve local wildlife.

🚮 Respect the environment: no waste left on site.
