The park covers 20 hectares (200,000 m²) with 6 pitches (2 yurts, 1 tiny house, 3 free pitches for vans/tents) in Soisy-Bouy 77650.
All pitches are located by the 2-hectare pond (except for large motorhomes, which must park at the entrance).
The whole site is set in a wild, natural environment with abundant wildlife (ducks, Canada geese, wild swans, game animals).
This is a protected natural area and reserve where migratory ducks stop over.
Special care and respect for the site’s preservation is required.

We offer, in this exceptional location, wild and natural camping as close to nature as possible, classified as a Natural Area of Ecological, Faunistic and Floristic Interest (ZNIEFF).
It is primarily intended for nature lovers (if you are looking for comfort and a 3-star campsite, this is not for you ;) ).
Camping in tents, vans or motorhomes (no height restriction, truck access allowed).
There is no drinking water or electricity, so you must be self-sufficient and above all respect the environment: no waste is accepted, you must take your rubbish with you, noise must be limited, and no chemical products are allowed (chemical toilets, industrial soaps, non-biodegradable washing-up liquids are prohibited).
Dry toilets are available on site.
This is to avoid disturbing the surrounding nature and to allow full enjoyment of it.
We work on preserving biodiversity by restoring former monocultures into a natural and diverse forest.
The site is classified as a natural area because it hosts local wildlife and migratory birds: ducks, geese, swans.
You may also see deer, foxes, coypu, beavers, coots, cormorants, and herons.
In the water you can find: carp, pike (over 1m), perch, bream, roach, black bass, freshwater mussels...
It is also classified for its flora, including many medicinal plants.

⚠️ Please note: The “breakfast” or “meal” option offered on our website is not compatible with tent or van pitches. We cannot deliver your basket in advance, and we are not on site.
In addition, these options do not include fresh products: they are only an emergency service, mainly intended for passing travellers (hikers, cyclists, etc.).
