Online deposit for gite or event organization at the pond. 

The deposit must be received by us at most 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival in order to be able to send you the details of the accomodation for the handing over of the keys.

The deposit will be refunded to your card within 48 hours of your departure, provided no damage has been noted and the property has been cleaned.

DEPOSIT FOR THE COTTAGE de Bannost

The deposit guarantees that the gite will be available to all our guests, and prevents any damage to the premises or cleaning not carried out.  

  • If cleaning is not carried out: 50 eu is retained.
  • In the event of damage to the following items Sofa, parquet flooring, torn radiator, TV, hob, microwave oven, fridge, garden table, sauna, treadmill: the full deposit will be retained.
  • Missing/broken crockery: 5eu per item.
  • Broken parasol: 100eu
  • Marks on walls or recoverable furniture: 100eu

In the event of damage exceeding the amount of the deposit, your insurance will be called to cover the costs and the deposit retained.

DEPOSIT FOR EVENTS at the pond

The deposit covers any damage to the accommodation and guarantees that the site is completely cleaned: accommodation and event area.

  • In the event of non-compliance with environmental regulations, or failure to clean floors (cigarette butts/caps/bottles): the entire deposit will be retained.
  • Failure to clean: 50 eu per accommodation retained.
  • Toilets not emptied / not cleaned in the parking lot and vent area: 50eu
  • Broken cart: 150eu
  • Lost padlock: 20eu
